Yahooers Junior Fellow Students: Do I have the opportunity to enter a top university?

So I did everything right in school, and entered a community college for two years. In the past two years I have come to an average of 3.75. Many of these courses are honors seminar classes. I am active in the student government, Phi Theta Kappa and business. I took the SAT once and has a 1850, but I intend to resume in about 2 weeks after having studied rigorously. So from your experience or just think we have a chance to get in Georgetown, Columbia, Cornell, Stanford or Cal? UCLA and UCSD are my school safety.
